Wits & Bets Companion does not collect personal information. There is no account, no sign-in, and nothing to register.

What the app stores

Your settings, which packs you own and have switched on, which questions you have already seen, and your discard pile are stored on your device only. They are never sent anywhere, and they are deleted when you delete the app.

What the app sends

The app downloads questions from our server. Those requests contain no identifying information about you or your device.

If you tap the flag on a card to report a wrong answer, the app sends us the card, the answer you say is correct, and any note you write. That is the only thing you can send us, it is entirely optional, and it contains nothing about you unless you type it yourself. Please do not include personal information in a report.

Purchases

Expansion packs are sold through Apple. Apple handles the payment and we never see your payment details. What we receive is whether a purchase succeeded.

Children

The app is a party game and collects nothing from anyone, including children. A Child friendly setting is available that keeps questions about alcohol and drugs out of the deck.

Third parties

We do not sell, share, or trade any data, because we do not hold any. The app contains no advertising and no analytics or tracking software.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
